Dayton Phoenix Group, based in Dayton, Ohio, is expanding its service network, with plans to begin operating a 40,000-square-foot facility in Gothenburg, Neb. later this month. The facility will serve the needs of the company's rotating electrical equipment customers in the northern plains and upper Midwest.
DPG 's Nebraska facility was strategically located to improve turn around time and provide freight savings for customers, including Alstom and Boise Locomotive, and to position the supplier for future growth.
Dayton Phoenix Group is the OEM supplier to EMD on radiator cooling fan assemblies, dynamic grid braking fan assemblies, auxiliary generators, and other motor and braking resistors.
