Metra, the Chicago area commuter rail service, has named Jayne K. Deno chief human resources officer.
Deno joins Metra with 20 years of experience in human resources, including experience in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, policy development and contract negotiations.

Deno earned a bachelor’s degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and a master’s degree in public management from Indiana University.
“We’re pleased Ms. Deno is bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to Metra,” said Executive Director/CEO Don Orseno. “Her expertise will ensure our agency continues to succeed by supporting and engaging current and prospective employees.”
