STV has named Paul McIlree, P.E., vice president in its Transportation & Infrastructure Division, responsible for overseeing STV’s business plan for design-build and public-private partnership (P3) initiatives. McIlree will be based in Florida and report to Brian Flaherty, STV senior vice president and head of the Transportation & Infrastructure Division’s design-build practice.
McIlree is a designer and project manager who has nearly 20 years of experience in the management, coordination and design of transportation infrastructure projects. During the last decade, he specialized in the delivery of design-build and P3 projects while working for a leading engineering and consulting firm.
His experience also includes the design and project management of major highway, bridge and airfield projects located in the southeastern United States, Missouri and Maine.
“Paul brings a wealth of experience and insight to our growing design-build practice,” Flaherty said. “He will help us identify and pursue new opportunities as we look to expand our project portfolio.”
McIlree earned a bachelor's in civil engineering from Tennessee Technological University and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida.
