Paducah & Louisville Railway Appoints Several Management Members

Paducah & Louisville Railway, Inc. (P&L) and its affiliate companies, Evansville Western Railway, Inc. (EVWR) and Appalachian and Ohio Railroad, Inc. (A&O) have announced the appointment of several management members.

Tim Wyatt has been named vice president transportation and labor, responsible for all transportation department operations, dispatching, customer service and labor relations. He will report to Tom Greene, executive vice president, COO & CFO.

Wyatt has been in the rail industry since 1984. He has worked with P&L since 2003, where he has served as general locomotive foreman, senior trainmaster, chief dispatcher and transportation superintendent. He has a bachelor’s in business administration from Mid-Continent University.

Kevin McEwan has been named vice president marketing and sales, responsible for all marketing, sales, pricing and industrial development, reporting to President Tom Garret. McEwan joined P&L as manager, revenue analysis in 2006 and became marketing director in 2012. He earned both a bachelor’s and master’s in business administration at Murray State University.

Chris Reck has been appointed assistant vice president sales and industrial development, responsible for all outside sales and industrial development. He joined P&L in 2007 and served as a conductor, trainmaster and marketing director. Reck earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Murray State University.

Tasha Headrick and Brian Wyatt have joined the marketing department as marketing analysts and will be responsible for establishing rates and tariffs for certain commodities, market analysis and transportation contract administration.

“The appointments will position our Transportation and Marketing Departments with new leadership that will assure the continued growth and success of our three railroads into the future,” stated Garrett.
