Stephane Perri
Pacific Harbor Line (PHL) has promoted Stephane Perri to general superintendent, effective September 9, 2018. In his new role, Perri will direct all transportation operations.
Perri joined PHL in 2000 as a locomotive engineer then transitioned into management, serving as trainmaster, director of transportation, director of operations and superintendent. Prior to joining PHL, he worked for several years in the airline industry.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of La Sorbonne-Paris and completed the Michigan State University Railway Management Certificate Program.
Operated by Anacostia Rail Holdings Company, PHL provides rail transportation, track maintenance and train dispatching service to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles.
